Our task was to upgrade a consumer unit at a client’s letting property in the SM1 area of Sutton, Surrey.
We replaced the old 15th edition consumer unit, which had no RCD on the lighting circuit and installed a new 18th edition consumer unit, with SPD RCBO.
The installation was fully tested, all ready for a tenant to move in the next day.
